The YS series dry sand blasting machines are built for wheel surface preparation before powder coating or painting. Blasting strips old coating, paint, rust and contamination from the wheel surface — giving a clean, roughened profile that new powder or paint bonds to properly. Skipping this step is the most common cause of poor adhesion and peeling on refinished wheels.
All three models use the same core design: a sealed cabinet to contain blast media and dust, a 550 W dust collector to keep the air inside clear, and 8 bar / 1.6–3 m³/min air consumption. They differ in cabinet size, so you choose based on the wheel dimensions you handle most.
