The TVB(B) is a straight-wall tub vibratory machine with a defining structural feature: removable PU dividers that fit inside the tub. These dividers are what make the TVB(B) distinct from the TVB(A) and from standard bowl machines — they physically separate different parts or batches within the same tub during processing. The TVB(B) straight-wall trough geometry allows full-width PU dividers to be fitted across the tub at any position. Each divider section becomes an independent processing zone. This is useful in two ways: for stone and tile ageing (where different stone sizes or colours must not mix), and for industrial parts where heavy components must be kept physically separated to prevent part-on-part collision damage during vibration. The dividers are removable — when separation is not needed, the full tub volume is available as a single undivided zone.
The TVB(B) tub interior is lined with 25 mm polyurethane throughout — thicker than the standard bowl machines — reflecting the heavier parts and stone materials that this machine regularly processes. All models use dual motors: 2.2 kW×2 on the TVB(B)500, up to 9.0 kW×2 on the TVB(B)2800. Dual motors provide balanced vibration across the full tub length, preventing the uneven amplitude that causes inconsistent finish on long or large parts. Five model sizes cover 500 L to 2,800 L.
The TVB(B)'s most widespread application is marble tile and stone ageing — the process of giving new tiles an antique, worn appearance by tumbling them with ceramic or stone media at controlled vibration amplitude. A 60×60 cm tile achieves 40% roughness reduction in 20 minutes with 20 mm SCT MC ceramic media — a batch cycle that would be impractical in a round bowl machine due to the tile size and flat geometry. For large metal parts (plates, profiles, long extrusions), the straight-wall geometry and full-width dividers provide better working geometry than a curved-wall bowl.
