KL-0813 LPG/GAS Powder Coating Curing Oven

The KL-0813 powder curing oven is designed to save energy and be environmentally friendly by replacing electricity with gas or LPG. The machine has a sturdy structure that guarantees you a long service life.

The machine raises air temperature within itself quickly for a rapid and uniform powder curing process. It further retains that heat as it is equipped with 100mm rock wool insulation boards.

How does LPG/gas powder coating oven work?

The machine starts by heating air inside it to the required temperature. It uses an Italian imported RIELLO burner to generate heat by completely burning fuels.  It then circulates the hot air using a robust circulation fan to ensure uniform curing of your parts’ surfaces.

It further has a heat exchanger that filters any toxic fumes that may be coming from the machine, making it environmentally friendly.

The best part of it all is that you control all the machine’s operations using a central control unit. The oven comes with a PLC control unit that allows you to set and adjust the operational parameters of the device.

Heat Exchanger

The KL-0813 powder curing oven uses high-quality 301S stainless steel pipes to distribute hot air equally across the machine. It also significantly reduces the risk of curing failure.

 

 

 

 

Air Circulation Fan

Hot air is forced to move around the oven by using a circulation fan. This air circulation is vital as the curing process has to be completed uniformly for a flawless finish.

 

 

 

 

100mm Insulation Wall

Your KL-0813 powder curing oven retains heat by using 100mm thick rock wool insulation panels. These panels prevent the entry of external air as well as the escape of internal hot air. These rock wool insulation panels enhance your machine’s efficiency.

 

 

 

Simple PLC Control

The oven also comes with a user-friendly PLC control unit that is easy to learn and use. You can set and adjust all of the oven’s operational parameters accordingly.

 

 

 

 

 

RIELLO Burner
