KX-102 Small Wheel Powder Coating Oven — compact curing for wheel refinishing shops
The KX-102 is a compact powder coating curing oven built for alloy wheel refinishing. It cures two wheels at a time in a 660 × 650 × 800 mm chamber, reaching up to 300 °C with a simple 0–99 minute timer — enough control to bake powder-coated wheels to a hard, even finish without the footprint or power draw of a large industrial oven.
At just 4 kW and available in single- or three-phase, it’s a practical entry-level curing oven for small shops adding powder coating to their wheel-refinishing line, or for larger shops needing a dedicated wheel oven alongside their main equipment.
- Cures 2 wheels per cycle — sized for steady shop throughput
- 0–300 °C temperature control covers standard powder cure schedules
- 0–99 minute timer with alarm for repeatable bake cycles
- Compact 1050 × 800 × 1256 mm footprint fits tight shop layouts

How wheel powder coating curing works
After a wheel is powder-coated, it needs to be baked so the powder melts, flows and cures into a hard, durable film. The KX-102 handles that curing step.
| Step | Action | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Load | Place up to 2 powder-coated wheels in the chamber |
| 2 | Set & cure | Set the cure temperature (up to 300 °C) and timer (0–99 min) per the powder spec |
| 3 | Alarm & unload | Timer alarm signals cycle end; unload the finished, cured wheels |
Always follow the powder manufacturer’s recommended cure temperature and time for best adhesion and durability.
Who the KX-102 is built for
Small wheel-refinishing shops — a low-cost, compact way to add powder coating curing without a large industrial oven or heavy power supply.
Shops adding powder coating — pairs with a powder spray booth to complete an in-house wheel powder coating line.
Busy shops needing a dedicated wheel oven — a small second oven reserved for wheels keeps the main line free.
