The LTG6500 continuous flow-through vibratory finishing machine is designed for one specific production scenario: high daily volume with short, repeatable cycle times and minimal manual handling. Parts feed in at one end and discharge finished at the other — continuously, with one operator managing the full line. The three design elements below are what make this possible.
The LTG6500 has a 6,500 × 450 × 600 mm linear processing channel lined with PU throughout. Parts enter at the feed end, vibrate forward through the media mass along the channel length, and discharge at the outlet. The forward movement speed is controlled by adjusting the channel tilt angle and vibration frequency (via the VFD). Typical process time through the full channel length is 10–20 minutes — set once for the part and media combination, then repeatable indefinitely without operator intervention between parts.
The LTG6500 uses a 22 kW motor system across a 9,500 × 4,200 mm machine footprint with 1,460 L total channel volume and a 900 L working capacity. The Siemens PLC touch screen stores up to 50 process programs for different part types, controlling feed conveyor speed, vibration frequency, water spray timing and compound dosing automatically. Switching between programs requires selecting the program number — no manual adjustment. An automatic grease lubrication system reduces maintenance intervention on this continuous-operation machine.
At the discharge end, parts and media separate on an integrated separation deck — the screen retains parts while media falls through to a return conveyor that feeds media back to the inlet. This closed-loop media handling means the operator does not need to manually return media between cycles. The machine also includes a spray rinsing device at the discharge end that rinses parts before they leave the machine, and an optional conveyor belt dryer or tunnel dryer for hot-air drying before downstream handling.
The LTG6500 is a production-scale machine in a different category from batch vibratory finishers. Batch machines process a fixed load per cycle and require an operator to load, run and unload each batch. The LTG6500 processes parts in a continuous stream — parts feed in at one end, travel through 6.5 metres of vibrating media, and discharge finished at the other end. There is no batch cycle: the machine runs continuously as long as parts feed in.
This architecture suits one specific production context: a facility where the same part type is produced in very high daily volumes from an upstream process (casting, stamping, machining) and needs finishing before the next stage. It is not suited for small batches, mixed part types within a single run, or applications where different parts require different process settings within the same shift.
A continuous flow-through vibratory finishing machine is an excellent choice for parts with high production volume and short cycle-time requirements. Cycle time is adjustable—typically 10–20 minutes—by fine-tuning the VFD (speed converter) and the tilt angle, depending on part geometry and the finish target.
This system supports in-line production with a continuous flow of parts, making it ideal for connecting to upstream processes such as multiple casting machines. One of the biggest advantages is labor cost savings: in many cases, one operator can run the entire line. The operator loads parts onto the conveyor at the inlet side and collects finished parts at the discharge end.
For facilities planning a continuous, automated workflow, a flow-through system enables steady part feeding and consistent output—helping you maintain productivity with minimal manual handling.

It is a vibratory finishing machine designed for high-volume, continuous processing. Parts enter at the feed end, travel through a linear polyurethane-lined channel while vibrating with media, and discharge automatically at the outlet.
This system is ideal for:
In-line automation
Reducing manual loading and unloading
Minimizing part-to-part contact (to help prevent scratches)
As a practical guide: if your daily finishing requirement exceeds 500–800 kg of parts per shift, and your parts are uniform in geometry and require the same process settings, a continuous flow-through machine typically delivers lower cost per part than running multiple batch machines.
Below 500 kg/shift, a bank of VBS(A) or VBS(B) batch machines with pneumatic shutters and automated separation is usually more flexible and better suited to production variation. Batch machines can handle mixed part types in successive batches; the LTG6500 cannot easily switch between different part types within a shift without changing media, which requires stopping the machine.
The LTG6500 is most commonly specified for: aluminum die casting lines producing a single part family in high volume; cutlery polishing lines; stone tumbling for consistent-size aggregate; and magnesium die casting deburring. Contact us with your daily volume, part dimensions and target cycle time and we will confirm whether a continuous flow-through machine fits your production model.
