4 Removable Barrels — Independent Batch Control

The CB30A has four individually removable barrels, each with a removable PU insert. Each barrel is an independent processing chamber: different part types can be loaded into different barrels and run simultaneously, with no cross-contamination. After the cycle, each barrel is removed individually — the operator tips the barrel contents into a separation screen at their own pace. An optional second set of four barrels allows pre-loading of the next batch while the first set is running, cutting idle time between cycles to near zero.

Three model configurations are available. CB30A (30 L total, radius 215 mm) is the most compact, suitable for jewellery workshops, dental labs, and small precision component batches. CB36A (36 L total, radius 275 mm) provides more barrel volume per batch. CB36AX is the same capacity as CB36A but with a larger overall machine footprint, accommodating slightly longer barrel dimensions. All three run at the same speed range (0–170 rpm) and use the same barrel size range and PU insert system.
