CB30A High Energy Centrifugal Barrel Finishing System is the most efficient mass finishing equipment. With the compact design and small footprint, they feature 4 small, removable barrels. Each barrel has independent space with removable PU insert. This is good for separate small batches finishing.
If you purchase the second set barrels, your operator can load one set barrel while the machine runs another set at same time. This can drastically reduce idle time of the machine.
Either aggressive material removal or mirror polishing, CB30A series machine can achieve the desired finish in a shorter time. After finishing, the entire parts’ surface is smooth and even in all directions, and it hard to achieve by hand polishing.
