1. Technical Support
The most significant advantage of being an authorized partner as opposed to a regular distributor is that you receive technical training and support on using the machine, making the maintenance, customer service, and dealing with the complaint.
1.1 Training & Industry Support
Most of our partners have one or several fields that they work in. You don’t need to be a professional in every application field.
The most common area to name is jewelry polishing, and zinc dye castings, aluminum dies casting field, stainless steel laser cutting parts deburring, steel stamping parts deburring, etc.
Base on our partner focus field, we offer practical advice with our 30 years’ experience. For example, a potential partner locates in the belt manufacturing area.
In this area, most belt buckles are made from Zink (zamak3). So we can recommend him/her to use our vibratory finishing process for the smoothing process to replace manual work.
We will tell our partner what we should do and what we should not do, from which point we start our work and end our job. So our partner doesn’t need to make his try.
1.2 FREE workpiece Testing Service OEM Solutions
Having a testing room is expensive, but it is helpful when a new business comes. To help our partner have a good starting, we offer a FREE workpiece testing service.
When our partner receives an inquiry with a workpiece sample, he/she can send us the parts with the surface requirement.
After we receive the workpiece sample, we will carry out our laboratory test.
Then we send the sample back with all process details and video.
Therefore, our partner can explain better to convince the customer.
The workpiece processing is also essential to select the right vibratory media and chemicals.
Because we have thousands of media collections with different sizes, shapes, recipes, to choose the right media and chemical combination is the key to success.
Besides, if we can receive a reference sample with a satisfying surface, it helps understand customer requirements better.
1.3 FREE Media Sample Testing Service
Vibratory finishing is a process that works for more than 60 years. Because it cost saving and low labor requirement, it receives increasing popularity throughout the world.
As a result, vibratory finishing machines are standard in many industrial countries.
The good thing is: the media is consumable, so it needs a continuous supplement. Once you deliver a customer satisfied product, you will be able to do business with him/her lifelong.When you have a media sample from the USA or European manufacturer, you can always send it to our lab to analyze. We will carry out the trial in 2-3 days with a testing report. In our laboratory report it will contain the following information:
- Density (specific gravity) of media
- Chemical composition
- Abrasive content in percentage
- Abrasive type
- Colorant
We can reproduce it at a lower cost and make sure it the same performance as the original ones.

Selecting the right tumbling machine type and model is not an easy task. Therefore many factors need to take into consideration. Bellow, we make the shortlist of issue that we think essential:

4.1 Tailor design for industry

4.2 Partner Design & Logo Identification
Most of our partners have their business name and logo register in their own countries. This is good for the brand image. And we support our partner to market their brand.
You can select 1-2 colors according to your preference and your logo color. Besides, we can print your logo on the machine per your requirement.
For example, you can choose color 1 for the vibratory finishing machine bowl and shade 2 for the basement. Control box you can use either color one or color two.
To avoid misunderstanding, usually, we require our client to use RAL code or Pantone code.
b.) Tumbling Media
We support our partners in designing their media bags. The media bag can be either 25kg (Europe market) or 50 lbs. (US market). You can print your logo, address, website, and contact info in the bags or even CR code for the users to scan.
4.3 OEM Solutions Supply semi-finished product
In some countries, imports in CKD (complete knockdown) or SKD (semi knock down) form have much lower import duty. Some companies also prefer to have a motor or electric control box made on their own because of regulations and maintenance.
We can all fulfill these requirements and supply semi-finished goods with or without the logo.
5. After Sales Support
First, we will do comprehensive training on how to use the machine, and how to maintain it. Therefore, we can extend our machine lifetime 3-5 times that those who don’t take care of their machine.
In the case of machine mechanical components defect, we will supply free spare parts within the warranty period. If it out of the warranty period, we charge only the essential cost of parts.
You can send us an error code with a video to describe the situation for electric component defects.
Then we can identify the problem in 2-4 days. Some electric parts are readily available at a local electronics store.
But if not available, we can also send through international fast express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and they usually receive within a week.
